The Canadian Olympic team has been rebranded by Vancouver-based designer, Ben Hulse. The Canadian Olympic Team began competing in the modern Olympic Games in the early 1900’s. Over a century of stories, themes, and iconography, influenced this comprehensive rebrand which included brand strategy, brand architecture, marks, typography, colour, graphics, photography style, writing style, brand guidelines and launch video. New Eurostar Sculptural Logo

Eurostar, the high speed train service that runs between London and greater Europe, is getting an ambitious new logo and identity system courtesy of London-based SomeOne.   At the core of the Eurostar rebrand is a three dimensional logo based on an actual sculpture originally designed in CAD program Maya, then built as a physical 3 meter prototype. New JCPenny Logo Unveiled

If you haven’t already heard the news, American retailer JCPenny has just unveiled a ‘bold new logo’. According to the official press release: To choose a new logo design, jcpenney sought submissions that reflect a wide range of perspectives. Participants included the Company’s associates, several design agencies and two art schools — University of Cincinnati and Rhode Island School of Design — that collectively submitted over 200 designs for consideration.
